Brian is the author and illustrator of the popular comic series Zoodraws, the wildly factual comic about wildlife.

He shares his love and fascination for animals by using relatable humor, with a focus on education and conservation. Brian has worked with several wildlife organizations to share and convey stories about nature, including Born Free USA, ReWild, Rewriting Earth, and Birdability. Some topics explored include the triumphant return of the Tasmanian devil to mainland Australia, and the negative impact the global exotic pet trade has on wildlife.

Brian enjoys hiking and bird watching in upstate New York, where he lives with his wife and two kids (human ones, not the goat kind) who are currently obsessed with Minecraft and axolotls.
